Phillip Armstrong is contesting the Blackpool Bloomfield Ward By-election for the Green Party with polling day set for March 3rd.
The by-election coincides with the hearing at Blackpool Football Club where anti-fracking groups and LCC are defending the decision to oppose the applications from Quadrilla to frack at two sites near to Blackpool.
At the May elections last year Phill acheived a 5.73% 202 vote result, which he hopes to improve upon, whereas this time he is delivering a personal leaflet to every household in the Ward.
